2013 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The Louvre Museum has 8.5 million visitors per year. This blog was viewed about 70,000 times in 2013. If it were an exhibit at the Louvre Museum, it would take about 3 days for that many people to see it.

  1. Dhrub Bhai I respect the sentiments of all those who worship so called Lord Krishna. But for me anyone who undermine the greatness of Lord rama agaisnt Krishna has incomplte knowledge of our Purans. What values Lord Rama lived with that Lord krishna could not even thought.Lord Krishna was over stated by Ved Vyas in Bhagwat Geta and Bhagwat Puran. Lord krishna never followed dharma. He was highly biased towards Pandavas. Why did he kept secret of Karna relationship with Pandavas. Why he manuplated war rules favouring pandavas and Pandavas were except Yudhishthir were arrogant. They had insulted Karna to the full opportunity they got. Afterall, its is only a family war. Lord Krishna instigated Pandavas to rage a war against the Kauravas. The end result was terrible. Lord krishna was cursed by Gandhari and he was killed an ordinary death. There is no comparison between the great ness of Lord rama and Krishna. lord Rama followed the rule of the nature despite being a God himself. There are numeous references in ramayana like Ahilya Udhar, Jatayu Sanskar, Kewat’s udhar, Shabri’s devotion to Lord Rama etc. which pove that Lord Rama lived for the cause of human being. but Lord krishna’ was nothing more than a gwala of mathura and limited to pandavas and karavas struggle. There is nothing written in any authentic Puran which proves Krishna greater than Lord rama. In fact, Lord krishna himslf had said on many occasions that he is incarnation of LordRama.
